As a woman in Law enforcement, I feel we have a duty to keep up with firearms training. Often times we recognize our weaknesses and choose to ignore it or become too busy to address it.
I recently transitioned from a Kimber 45 to a Glock platform and soon realized I had some issues. A friend suggested I attend John McPhee’s (Sheriff of Baghdad) video diagnostic class to address my difficulties. John’s class was extremely beneficial and quickly got to the core of my issues individually.
John gets right to the problem with the video and fixes it. He made the class comfortable and fun. I was treated the same as everyone else and never once felt any pressure. Its important more women, especially in law enforcement, keep up with regular training.
If you are having issues handling the gun proficiently and accurately, I would highly recommend taking Sheriff of Baghdad courses for top of the line training.
